{"id":1614,"date":"2004-12-13T11:59:03","date_gmt":"2004-12-13T18:59:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/8stars.org\/aa\/2004\/12\/13\/more-on-mueller-redevelopment\/"},"modified":"2004-12-13T11:59:03","modified_gmt":"2004-12-13T18:59:03","slug":"more-on-mueller-redevelopment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/8stars.org\/a\/2004\/12\/13\/more-on-mueller-redevelopment\/","title":{"rendered":"More on Mueller redevelopment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Because some commenters asked:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Austin Chronicle just published an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.austinchronicle.com\/issues\/dispatch\/2004-12-10\/pols_feature4.html\">article on Mueller<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The city has a not-very-friendly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ci.austin.tx.us\/mueller\/mda.htm\">Master Development Agreement<\/a> page, linking to a lot of information about the project. There is a citizen-oriented FAQ there, but it&#8217;s in Word&#8217;s .doc format (go figure). I have taken the liberty of posting an <a href=\"http:\/\/8stars.org\/misc\/muellerfaq.html\">HTML version of the Mueller FAQ<\/a> (apologies in advance&#8211;probably some formatting bugs).<\/li>\n<li>There&#8217;s also an interesting set of design guidelines linked from the city&#8217;s page, but Chapter 1 clocks in at 38 MB for just 12 pages, and each page takes forever to render on my machine.
