Friendsurfer. How many of these things are there–excluding the numerous parody sites?
This one caught my eye because it shows a fire-twirler in its banner graphic. Friendster has been notably popular among my fire-freak friends–I wonder if there’s any connection.
For me, it would be the bikini girls.
Yeah, I lost track of these. Market is definitely saturated. I see the value in the network, but it’s hard to figure out how to operationalize the connections. Tribe seems reasonably focused to _doing_ stuff, but I don’t know. It seems like a time suck for me, regardless.
Oh, and Friendster is now pop culture.
